1. Overview

This website is operated by NEVER NOT HUMAN. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products and third-party fulfilment

All products are made to order through third-party production partners. As items are custom printed upon purchase, production begins shortly after your order is placed. We make every effort to accurately display product images and colours. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the production process.

3. Australian consumer law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major failure
• Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
• Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
• We will comply fully with our obligations under Australian law.

4. Change of mind

Because items are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or preference decisions. Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

5. Orders and cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have commenced and cancellation may not be possible. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud or misuse is suspected.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, text, logos, and content on this website are the property of NEVER NOT HUMAN and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or the cost of replacement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
